General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for the online community platform "Lean Six Sigma Community":

1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online community platform "Lean Six Sigma Community", which is operated by Six Sigma-Lean Consulting GbR (managing partners Dominik Vollmer and Xavier Schambil). By registering and using the platform, you declare your agreement with these GTCs.

2. Registration and membership

Registration and membership in the community is free of charge. However, access to the community platform is only permitted for registered members. When registering, the first name, surname and company name must be provided (mandatory information). Pseudonyms, false information or abbreviations (e.g. initials instead of the full name) are not permitted. By registering, members declare that they have read, understood and accepted these GTCs. You are obliged to provide truthful information when registering and to keep your data up to date. Members are responsible for the security of their user account and may not disclose their access data to third parties. Members are obliged to inform us immediately if they suspect misuse of their user account.

3. Rights of use

Members grant us the non-exclusive, temporally and spatially unlimited right to use, reproduce and distribute their content published on the platform (e.g. posts, comments, images). You assure us that you have the necessary rights of use to the content you have uploaded.

4. Behaviour of the members

Members are obliged to follow the rules of the community platform. This includes in particular

• Compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
• No use of offensive, obscene, racist or otherwise inappropriate content
• No distribution of unauthorised content or copyright infringements
• No disruption to the proper operation of the community platform or other members

The operators reserve the right to block or delete members who violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Liability

The operators of the community platform are not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of the platform. This applies in particular to the loss of data or information caused by technical faults or human error.

We accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content published on the platform. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, unless these are based on intent or gross negligence.

6. Data protection

7. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these GTCs be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

8. Changes to the GTCs

The operators reserve the right to amend these GTCs at any time. Members will be informed of changes by e-mail or by publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following changes to the GTCs shall be deemed acceptance of the amended conditions.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
